See exactly where it is safe to cut

The built-in LED shines through the nail so you can spot the quick and stop short of it. That is the whole job, and it is the part everyone gets wrong in the dark.

No guesswork, no nicks, and no yelp that makes your dog wary of the clippers for the next month.

Made for anyone who finds nails the hard part

Nail trims put a lot of people off, and it is usually not because they are difficult. It is not knowing where to stop.

Seeing the quick takes that guesswork out, which is often all it takes to get back to doing them at home.

A clean cut, then a smooth finish

Sharp stainless steel blades cut cleanly rather than crushing the nail.

The flip-out file takes the rough edge off afterwards, so nothing catches on floorboards, upholstery or your jumper. A built-in catcher keeps the clippings off the floor.

Have questions?

Do LED dog nail clippers really help you avoid the quick?

Yes. The light shines through the nail so you can see where the quick ends and where it is safe to trim.

They work best on lighter nails. Very dark or black nails are harder to see through, so go slowly and take small trims rather than relying on the light alone.

Can I use LED nail clippers on cats as well as dogs?

Yes. SafeTrim is sized for cats and small to medium dogs, so most pets in the house are covered by the one tool.

For large breeds with very thick claws you may want a heavier clipper, or a grinder to shape them afterwards.

How do I charge LED pet nail clippers?

Plug in the included USB cable using a power bank, a computer or a wall adapter. There are no batteries to replace.

The indicator light tells you when it is charged and ready to use.

Are dog nail clippers quiet enough for a nervous pet?

These are. There is no motor noise to startle them, which makes them a good option for anxious pets and older ones who find the salon stressful.

Keep the first few sessions short and stop while it is still going well.

What do I do if the nails feel rough after trimming?

Use the flip-out file built into the handle. A few passes takes the rough edge off so nothing catches on floorboards, furniture or clothing.

What if the clippers are not right for us?

You are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If they are not right for you and your pet, send them back for a full refund.
