The connector on the trimmer end is specific to the Pawfect Trimmer, which is why a phone cable or a spare from the drawer will not do the job.

Will this charging cable fit my mypawz trimmer?

This is the genuine charging cable for the mypawz Pawfect Trimmer. It will not fit our larger grooming clippers, which use a different connector.

If you are not sure which model you have, send us a photo of your charging port and we will confirm before you buy.

What does the trimmer charging cable plug into?

The other end is a standard USB-A plug, so it works with any USB wall adapter, laptop, power bank or car charger.

There is no separate power brick to buy. Anything you already charge a phone from will do.

How long does the Pawfect Trimmer take to charge?

About 90 minutes for a full charge, which gives you 2 to 3 hours of trimming.

You can also keep using the trimmer while it is plugged in, so a flat battery halfway through a groom does not end the session.

Can I use a different USB cable to charge my dog trimmer?

No. The connector on the trimmer end is specific to this design, so a regular phone or USB-C cable will not fit.
